At Triple, you will work with prestigious brands such as Heineken, hollandsnieuwe, NLZIET, NPO, and Ziggo Sport Totaal. We are experts in delivering complex data solutions and innovative media propositions. We seek new strategic partnerships with A-brands to support our growth and ambitions further.

What will you do?

As a Business Developer, you play an essential role within our company. Your main responsibility is to identify and approach potential customers. This requires a proactive attitude and the ability to create new business opportunities. You will promote our data and media propositions in the market, clearly communicating their value to prospects. An important aspect of your role is generating leads and acquiring new customers and projects. You will actively search for potential prospects and initiate contact to pique their interest. You can convince prospects of the added value we can provide through your persuasion skills and knowledge of our products and services.


In addition to identifying and approaching customers, you will also work closely with the marketing team. You ensure a smooth handover of customers to our delivery team, enabling successful project execution. Effective communication and collaboration can ensure customer satisfaction and value creation at every process stage. Achieving individual targets is an important part of your role. This requires a driven mindset, a good understanding of the market, and the ability to work results-oriented. You will be responsible for achieving goals and reporting your progress to management.


Overall, as a Business Developer, you are the face of Triple. You are:

Who are we looking for?

You are a driven networker with excellent communication skills. You have a strong commercial drive and are adept at setting up initial meetings and persuading potential customers. You recognize opportunities and can translate them into concrete sales possibilities. You understand the needs of customers and can align them with our services. You have an independent work attitude, are results-oriented, and possess strong analytical abilities. Naturally, you speak and write Dutch and English fluently.

Job requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor level of education and thinking;

  • A proven track record in sales, with a passion for achieving goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.

  • Personal motivation, ambition, and willingness to take on challenges.

  • Technical knowledge (preferably in data and media) is a must.

  • Experience in consultative selling.

  • You speak and write English and Dutch effortlessly; 

  • You live in The Netherlands.

Our Process

1. Phone Interview

Once you have sent us your application, we aim to contact you within 2 days. We will schedule a phone interview with you. This introduction will take about 30 minutes and is mainly intended to tell you more about Triple.

2. Introductory interview

If we feel it is a match from both sides, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Your future team lead and another colleague will be present. During the first meeting we would like to hear all about your requirements, ambitions and current knowledge level. Together we determine whether this fits Triple.

3. Second Interview

Are we all still in for it? In that case you will receive an invitation for a second interview from us. During the second interview we will go deeper into the technology and challenges involved. The goal is to determine where your added value lies. This interview will be attended by colleagues who are better able to deep dive into the actual work details with you.

4. Written offer

Did you have two positive interviews? Great! In this case, a written offer will follow, explaining the primary and secondary conditions of the job. The recruiter you spoke with earlier will contact you about this.
