As an entrepreneurial leader within the commercial team, you are tasked with driving the growth of Triple's Media Tech & Distribution business. We'd love to hear from you if you have a passion for new technologies and a track record of successful business development in the media tech industry.
What are you going to do?
You will be fully responsible for driving profitable business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. You'll work with a team of like-minded, tech-loving individuals in a flat, collaborative organization that values action over words.
In the role, you will:
- Manage and grow relationships with our existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Drive new business development by actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Manage and grow the go-to-market partnerships with a select set of media tech partners
- Refine and enhance compelling propositions that resonate with our target audiences to drive growth and differentiation
- Bring market insights to the delivery organization and tech board to inform innovation and new service development
- Represent the company at key industry and client events

You are a driven networker with excellent communication skills. You have a strong commercial drive, recognize opportunities, and can translate them into concrete business opportunities for existing and future clients. You understand their needs and can link them to our services, if you don't mind. You work independently, are results-oriented, and have strong analytical skills. Given the international profile of our clients, you speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- Proven track record in business development, ideally within the media tech industry.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Passion for media tech, innovation, and client satisfaction.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
Who are we?
We are crazy about everything related to coding, design, cloud (hosting), data and innovation. You can experience this at our office in Alkmaar. Our Process
1. Phone Interview
Once you have sent us your application, we aim to contact you within 2 days. We will schedule a phone interview with you. This introduction will take about 30 minutes and is mainly intended to tell you more about Triple.
2. Introductory interview
If we feel it is a match from both sides, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Your future team lead and another colleague will be present. During the first meeting we would like to hear all about your requirements, ambitions and current knowledge level. Together we determine whether this fits Triple.
3. Second Interview
Are we all still in for it? In that case you will receive an invitation for a second interview from us. During the second interview we will go deeper into the technology and challenges involved. The goal is to determine where your added value lies. This interview will be attended by colleagues who are better able to deep dive into the actual work details with you.
4. Written offer
Did you have two positive interviews? Great! In this case, a written offer will follow, explaining the primary and secondary conditions of the job. The recruiter you spoke with earlier will contact you about this.
