Wat ga je doen?
As a Service Level Manager (SLM) at Triple, you will manage and oversee specific clients' service level agreements (SLAs). You will ensure that our technical and application management services consistently meet the highest performance and quality standards. Your work aligns these services with business objectives and customer expectations.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining SLAs for various managed services, in line with business objectives and client needs.
- Regularly monitoring SLA compliance and service performance, identifying and resolving any deviations or potential risks.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve SLAs and service delivery, considering customer feedback and needs.
- Holding regular service review meetings to discuss SLA performance, challenges, and improvement plans, documenting and sharing all actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with the build organization to ensure a smooth transition of new or updated platforms to the support organization, preparing teams and processes for long-term support.
- Coordinating with the client during Priority 1 incidents and acting as a bridge between the engineering team and the client to ensure regular updates and resolutions.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serving as the point of contact for SLA-related matters.
- Identifying potential risks to service delivery and working with relevant teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Job requirements
- A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Proven experience in drafting SLAs and service contracts;
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building;
- Most importantly, you bring a positive and proactive mindset.

Our Process
1. Phone Interview
Once you have sent us your application, we aim to contact you within 2 days. We will schedule a phone interview with you. This introduction will take about 30 minutes and is mainly intended to tell you more about Triple.
2. Introductory interview
If we feel it is a match from both sides, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Your future team lead and another colleague will be present. During the first meeting we would like to hear all about your requirements, ambitions and current knowledge level. Together we determine whether this fits Triple.
3. Second Interview
Are we all still in for it? In that case you will receive an invitation for a second interview from us. During the second interview we will go deeper into the technology and challenges involved. The goal is to determine where your added value lies. This interview will be attended by colleagues who are better able to deep dive into the actual work details with you.
4. Written offer
Did you have two positive interviews? Great! In this case, a written offer will follow, explaining the primary and secondary conditions of the job. The recruiter you spoke with earlier will contact you about this.
