What will you do?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Triple, you play an essential role in the entire recruitment process. Your range of tasks is broad: it starts with a job vacancy intake, then drafting recruitment texts and determining the optimal recruitment strategy. You not only know how to reach potential candidates but also how to communicate effectively with them. You evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with our organization. Finally, you complete the process by sending an attractive offer to the candidate.
You also act as a crucial sparring partner for various stakeholders, including managers, employees, external partners, and the management team. In this role, you also serve as an advisor to the (line) management and actively search for the needs and wishes of hiring managers and team leaders. You are proactively engaged in understanding their specific requirements regarding the candidates we seek, and you work closely with them to provide customized recruitment solutions that align with the organization's objectives. The interaction with various stakeholders enables you (along with the team) to develop and implement practical and strategic recruitment plans that support the company's growth and success.
We are also continuously involved in short- and long-term projects. You will, therefore, frequently liaise with your HR and Marketing colleagues. Think of projects such as promoting our Employer Brand, improving the Candidate Experience, and our Referral Recruitment Program.
|You will be part of the HR/Recruitment team, which consists of Marloes, the HR & Recruitment Manager; Marije and Babette in the HR department; Claudia, Charissa, and Simone as L&D Coaches; and Rutger, Alon, and Anna (Marketer) focusing on recruitment. Every week, the recruitment team holds a meeting to discuss ongoing matters. In these meetings, we also discuss high-priority vacancies with Anna for which we want to launch specific campaigns.
Additionally, there is a weekly overarching meeting with the complete HR and Recruitment team. Here, we share the projects and tasks we are currently working on. Besides these weekly meetings, there is a daily stand-up to complete the day's tasks. Kornelia and Klaudia, recruiters from our Polish branch, also participated in this stand-up. You are probably familiar with the standard requirements, such as solid communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. What we consider indispensable, however, are a healthy dose of energy and an enthusiastic attitude. After all, you are the face of Triple to the candidates.

Who are we?

Once started in the server room and over the years it has grown into a full service digital agency with expertise in: Mobile development, Front-end and Back-end Development, Cloud Solutions, Data & Insights, Artificial Intelligence, Concept, Design and Strategy.
1. Phone Interview
Once you have sent us your application, we aim to contact you within 2 days. We will schedule a phone interview with you. This introduction will take about 30 minutes and is mainly intended to tell you more about Triple.
2. Introductory interview
If we feel it is a match from both sides, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Your future team lead and another colleague will be present. During the first meeting we would like to hear all about your requirements, ambitions and current knowledge level. Together we determine whether this fits Triple.
3. Second Interview
Are we all still in for it? In that case you will receive an invitation for a second interview from us. During the second interview we will go deeper into the technology and challenges involved. The goal is to determine where your added value lies. This interview will be attended by colleagues who are better able to deep dive into the actual work details with you.
4. Written offer
Did you have two positive interviews? Great! In this case, a written offer will follow, explaining the primary and secondary conditions of the job. The recruiter you spoke with earlier will contact you about this.
