How it started
From four gamers with decent computer skills, we grew into a group of 260+ techies and creatives. A lot has changed since our founding in 1998... yet not much at all. You can call us visionaries, shapers and creators of digital game-changers. Or just Jeroen, Natalia or Sanjay. We now support partners such as VodafoneZiggo, citizenM, NLZIET and Max Verstappen.
Those decent computer skills have grown into serious fields of expertise. Mobile-, web- and back-end development, cloud solutions, data & analytics, artificial intelligence, media, concept, UX/UI design and strategy. Our websites and apps stand out as a result of innovative features and yet they don’t as a result of the flawless TechOps working in the background.
The future starts in Alkmaar
We love everything related to coding, design, cloud (hosting), data and innovation. This is clearly visible in our office in Alkmaar, where we focus all of our passion and drive on those cool projects and on our ambitions. Collaborative, in an amicable atmosphere. And on our breaks, you'll see us on an electric skateboard, playing a game of table tennis or racing a few laps on the simulator.
Working and growing together
We love being at the core of our partners' digital organizations. That means always being on, thinking ahead and including each other in our developments. We always discover and learn during our pioneering projects. We actively share that knowledge with each other. That is what makes our internal knowledge sessions legendary. You will always gain new insights and inspiration for your own projects.
Our multidisciplinary teams consisting of various areas of expertise work closely together to create comprehensive winning solutions for our partners. Team Awesome Unicorns is an example of such a multidisciplinary project team. They work together and complement each other in terms of knowledge AND in experience, they could exist of a project manager/scrum master, various designers, front-end developers, possibly iOS/Android developers, back-end developers and one or more testers.
Professional development is extremely important to us. That is why we hold evolution interviews every 8 weeks, which are no different from evaluation interviews. During these meetings we look back at what you have done and look at your points for improvement. We also like to visit conferences such as WWDC, Google I/O, SXSW and Web Summit to keep up to date with the latest developments.

Design
How we realise the goals of our partners with UX, UI, app and web design? We translate the requirements creatively into a thoroughly thought-out user experience and an inspiring interface, for example. We conceive and design all of this, and much more.
Data & AI
At our Data & AI department, we turn data into valuable insights. With end-to-end data and analysis solutions, we make it possible to optimise marketing technologies and seize opportunities. We map out the requirements, determine a strategy and develop and build what we have devised. For example (Cloud) Smart Data platforms, AI solutions to make predictions and working towards data-driven practices.
Development
This is where we build what we came up with. Impressive apps and websites for mobile, web, smart TV and artificial intelligence. From the front-end to the back-end. Our builders know the programming languages and operating systems: C#.NET, PHP, iOS Native, Android Native, TypeScript and React. And we are not averse to new technologies.
TechOps
What we have built, we maintain well. That is what our TechOps department does. While our partners brew beer and connect millions of people, our DevOps Engineers make sure all websites and apps stay up and running 24/7 with Managed hosting and cloud solutions.

We grab every opportunity to play and discover new things. We experiment with new techniques, methods, programs and tools. This is how the best Triple innovations were born!
Hybrid working at Triple
In addition to our physical office, we chose to allow our employees to return to the office via a VR world. All colleagues received Oculus Quest glasses for this purpose. The MetaVerse office is used for internal meetings such as stand-ups and weekly meetings, but also perfect for a casual chat in the virtual coffee corner.
