With so many projects at Triple, overview and structure are essential. That is why all project teams have a project manager and most of them also have a project management assistant. We are the link between our partners and all the team members.
Monitoring progress, planning, budget and workload is necessary to make timely adjustments and inform our partners. Our contact is low-threshold, informal and always honest. We make sure there are no surprises and we cross the finish line successfully together. Even if things don't go as planned.
Like-minded structure junkies
The cool thing about this team is that we are all like-minded (we all love planning and structuring), yet at the same time, we each have our own style of working and communicating. As a project manager, you are part of the project and management teams. The atmosphere in the project management team is light-hearted and informal. Because we face the same challenges and frustrations, we discuss them with each other. We know better than anyone that good communication is essential if you want to help each other. That is why we always speak up and share knowledge and experience.
