Are you a real go-getter with a passion for media, sales, and account management? Triple is looking for an Account Manager focused on the media sector. Your target? Actively approach new clients, schedule appointments, and maintain and expand existing client relationships to present and optimize our innovative media solutions.


As an Account Manager at Triple, you are the driving force behind generating new business and managing our existing client relationships. You actively seek out potential clients in the media industry, use your sales skills to open doors, and do everything you can to schedule appointments. Additionally, you ensure the retention and growth of customer satisfaction with our current clients. Your approach is direct and goal-oriented: planning meetings with decision-makers to present our unique media solutions and maintaining and expanding long-term relationships.


What will you do?

As an Account Manager at Triple, you proactively seek new clients within the media industry. Your approach is direct and focused on reaching the right stakeholders to convince them of the unique value of our media solutions. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new sales opportunities with our current clients.


A key aspect of your role is generating leads and managing client accounts. This requires an active effort in identifying potential prospects, initiating first contact, and maintaining ongoing projects. Your persuasive skills and knowledge of our services enable you to spark the interest of potential clients and convince them of the added value Triple can offer. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential, ensuring a seamless handover of potential clients to our account managers to successfully complete projects. Additionally, you work closely with the client team to ensure existing customers remain satisfied and new opportunities are seized.


Besides generating new business, you also focus on expanding existing accounts. This involves regularly contacting your clients to gauge their needs and proactively offering solutions. You work closely with our internal (development) teams, such as project managers, to ensure that the delivered solutions meet expectations and that projects run smoothly. Your role as a link between the client and our internal teams is crucial for the success of our projects and customer satisfaction.


Some of your tasks include:

  • Proactively approach potential clients in the media sector to schedule appointments.
  • Analyze the market to identify relevant prospects.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop tailor-made media solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process from initial contact to scheduling the appointment.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients and translate them into concrete actions.
  • Regularly contact clients to understand their needs and offer proactive solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as project managers, to ensure projects are successfully executed and client expectations are exceeded.


What do you bring?

You are a driven networker with excellent communication skills. You have a strong commercial drive and are skilled in setting up initial meetings, convincing potential clients, and maintaining and expanding client relationships. You recognize opportunities and know how to translate them into concrete sales possibilities. You understand the needs of clients and can link them to our services. You have an independent work attitude, are result-oriented, and have a strong analytical ability. Of course, you speak and write fluent Dutch and English.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent level of thinking and working).
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the media industry.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Passion for media, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Our Process

1. Phone Interview

Once you have sent us your application, we aim to contact you within 2 days. We will schedule a phone interview with you. This introduction will take about 30 minutes and is mainly intended to tell you more about Triple.

2. Introductory interview

If we feel it is a match from both sides, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Your future team lead and another colleague will be present. During the first meeting we would like to hear all about your requirements, ambitions and current knowledge level. Together we determine whether this fits Triple.

3. Second Interview

Are we all still in for it? In that case you will receive an invitation for a second interview from us. During the second interview we will go deeper into the technology and challenges involved. The goal is to determine where your added value lies. This interview will be attended by colleagues who are better able to deep dive into the actual work details with you.

4. Written offer

Did you have two positive interviews? Great! In this case, a written offer will follow, explaining the primary and secondary conditions of the job. The recruiter you spoke with earlier will contact you about this.
