Your mission? You are accountable for driving growth in both new and existing client relationships. This involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and overseeing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead follow-ups to contract negotiation and deal closure.

What will you do?
As a Business Developer at Triple, your main responsibility will be to proactively seek out new clients within the Data & AI industry. You will leverage your network and extensive sales skills to open doors and reach decision-makers. Your approach will be direct and focused on convincing them of the unique value of our Data & AI solutions.

A key aspect of your role is generating leads. This requires actively identifying potential prospects and initiating the first contact. Your persuasive skills and knowledge of our services enable you to arouse the interest of potential clients and convince them of the added value that Triple can offer. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential here, where you ensure a seamless transfer of potential clients to our account managers to ensure successful project execution.

Some of your tasks include:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for our Data & AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop client-specific solutions.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to successful implementation.
  • Actively contribute to developing and enhancing our Data & AI portfolio and services.
  • Respond to RFPs and communicate with clients.
  • Organize and manage RFI/RFP and prepare/create sales pitches.
  • Lead sales from prospecting to closure for outbound sales efforts and inbound referrals/leads.

  • You're a driven networker with excellent communication skills.
  • You have a strong commercial drive and are adept at setting up initial meetings and convincing potential clients.
  • You recognise opportunities and can translate them into concrete sales possibilities.
  • You understand clients' needs and can align them with our services.
  • You have an independent work attitude, are results-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Naturally, you speak and write fluent Dutch and English.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree level.
  • Experience in sales, with a strong affinity for technology and Data & AI.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Independent, results-oriented, and with a strong analytical ability.
  • Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills, particularly in combining analysis and storytelling to create persuasive slide presentations and business proposals

Our Process

1. Phone Interview

Once you have sent us your application, we aim to contact you within 2 days. We will schedule a phone interview with you. This introduction will take about 30 minutes and is mainly intended to tell you more about Triple.

2. Introductory interview

If we feel it is a match from both sides, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Your future team lead and another colleague will be present. During the first meeting we would like to hear all about your requirements, ambitions and current knowledge level. Together we determine whether this fits Triple.

3. Second Interview

Are we all still in for it? In that case you will receive an invitation for a second interview from us. During the second interview we will go deeper into the technology and challenges involved. The goal is to determine where your added value lies. This interview will be attended by colleagues who are better able to deep dive into the actual work details with you.

4. Written offer

Did you have two positive interviews? Great! In this case, a written offer will follow, explaining the primary and secondary conditions of the job. The recruiter you spoke with earlier will contact you about this.
