  • Workplace management: You are responsible for inventory management, ordering, and researching potential solutions to problems. In addition, you automate administrative tasks and maintain meeting rooms and workstations to meet our standards and function properly.
  • Security and compliance: You are responsible for securing IT systems, performing security checks, and ensuring compliance with protocols.
  • Identity and access management: You are responsible for creating and managing employees' Microsoft accounts, providing appropriate access based on company processes, and offering support.
  • User training: You are responsible for providing colleagues with their accounts and devices, as well as clear instructions and documentation to ensure effective use.
  • Documentation: You are responsible for maintaining precise records of issues, their resolutions, and IT operations. Please let me know if you have any further requests.
  • Automation projects: At Triple, we are constantly striving to improve and automate processes. As part of your role, you will help implement new solutions and systems that add value to the organization.

The primary location for this role is our Alkmaar office, with a team day in Amsterdam. We highly value celebrating successes together and organize outings and activities for that purpose.
Furthermore, there is a strong focus within the team on sharing knowledge and experience. This is done, among other things, during our daily stand-up meetings, where everyone discusses their tasks and can ask for help if needed.

  • Initiative and proactivity in identifying and addressing IT challenges.
  • A willingness to help colleagues with a solution-oriented and helpful attitude.
  • Good communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues.
  • Basic skills in data security and knowledge of security practices.
  • Knowledge of networking and the ability to diagnose network issues.
  • Experience with cloud services such as Azure and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • A passion for keeping up with technological trends and developments.

Job requirements

  • A completed diploma or certification in the field of IT or systems administration;
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, & Linux.
  • Understanding network concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Scrum, or similar IT service management methodologies is an advantage.
  • Willingness to perform on-call duties and be available during emergencies in the foreseeable future.
  • You live in The Netherlands.

Who are we?
We are crazy about everything related to coding, design, cloud (hosting), data and innovation. You can experience this at our office in Alkmaar. We work with pleasure and drive on all those cool projects and our ambitions together in a friendly atmosphere. Call us visionaries, shapers and creators of digital game changers. Or just Jeroen, Sanjay or Natalia. We are now helping partners such as VodafoneZiggo, citizenM, NLZIET and Ajax.

Why do we work at Triple?

🏠 Hybrid working: we work at the office in Alkmaar for at least two days, where you work the rest of the week is up to you.

1. Phone Interview

Once you have sent us your application, we aim to contact you within 2 days. We will schedule a phone interview with you. This introduction will take about 30 minutes and is mainly intended to tell you more about Triple.

2. Introductory interview

If we feel it is a match from both sides, we will invite you for an introductory interview. Your future team lead and another colleague will be present. During the first meeting we would like to hear all about your requirements, ambitions and current knowledge level. Together we determine whether this fits Triple.

Are we all still in for it? In that case you will receive an invitation for a second interview from us. During the second interview we will go deeper into the technology and challenges involved.
